Decipher is run by Steve Jones in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through deciphersales.com.au and the Decipher Sales Checkup at app.deciphersales.com.au.
What we collect
When you book a call: your name, email, company, role, team size and anything you tell us about your team.
When you take a Checkup: your name, work email, job title, company and your answers.
How we use it
To reply to you and arrange a call.
To score your Checkup and email you your report.
If your organisation invited you to take the Checkup, they may see team-level results. Your individual report is only shared with them if you agree.
To improve the Checkup, using results in combined, anonymised form.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use service providers to run the site and the Checkup (hosting, database and email), and they handle your information on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing steve@deciphersales.com.au.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, email us first. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
